Once you have completed the registration you will receive a Registration Confirmation email within minutes (in some cases the confirmation email may be in the SPAM box).
To make a purchase you must follow these steps:

Search products - Find the desired products through the categories menu or search through the search box.
Quantities - On each product sheet, define the quantities desired and add the product to your shopping cart in "my cart", always available at the top of the site.
Shopping Cart - Once you have added all the products you want to the shopping cart, you can complete your order.
Billing data and delivery address - Select the billing data and delivery address you have already created or, if necessary, you can create new additional addresses.
Shipping method - Select the shipping method that best suits your needs. Only the options that fit the selected products and shipping country will be displayed.
Payment method - Select the payment method you prefer. We offer payments by ATM, MBWay (only for Portugal) or credit card (Paypal), accepting Visa, MasterCard, American Express, among others. In this step, you can also write a comment to your purchase if you think necessary.
Confirmation of your order - Last step of the purchasing process where you will be presented with a summary of your order, with all the products and quantities ordered. If you wish to change the quantity of any product or even remove it, you should return to your shopping basket.
Order complete! You will receive an email with an order summary, as well as the status of the order as it changes. You can also track the order (or previous orders) in your customer account, using the order history option.

Yes. The order is always accompanied by an invoice.
Except for exceptional and occasional situations, all orders are shipped until the next working day after the order is placed.
In case of stock shortage, the system will not allow the order to be placed.
However, if the system fails and the order is placed, the customer will be notified by email or phone of the estimated date of delivery.
Yes, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to cancel the contract and return the item:
We will only accept returns of items with a minimum value of 25 euros, otherwise they will be refused and sent back.
Returned articles must be in perfect condition, inside the original unopened packaging, with the complete number of units, as well as a copy of the Cash Sale.
The restitution of the amounts paid will be made after the reception of the articles in our facilities and verification of their condition.
Returns originated by reason attributable to the Shrine of Fatima are not subject to a minimum return limit and will be fully credited, while shipping costs and handling fees will not be charged.
